Getting Ready for Your First Visit
Your first appointment is simple and usually takes about 15 minutes. To help Dr. Camacho understand what your body has been through, bring any records that relate to your main concern. Feel free to invite a loved one for support. Here are helpful things to bring:
- Any recent MRIs or X-rays related to the area that is bothering you
- A family member or friend who you want by your side
Your Two-Visit New Patient Process
Your new patient experience is spread over two visits so nothing feels rushed; at your first visit, you will have a consultation, focused examination, and on-site X-rays. Dr. Camacho will gently feel how your spine moves and may do very light work to better understand what is happening; this is not a full adjustment.
At your second visit, Dr. Camacho will show you your X-rays, explain what she found in simple language, and review a care plan while you go over fees, payment options, any verified insurance information, and how credit cards or other methods can be used. You will see where problem areas show up and how they relate to your symptoms. Loved ones are encouraged to attend so everyone involved in your health decisions can hear the plan first hand.
What Ongoing Care Looks Like
Once your plan is in place, regular chiropractic visits are quick. Most adjustments take under five minutes. Dr. Camacho uses gentle, specific techniques to support your nervous system. For some people, care may also include spinal decompression to ease pressure on irritated discs and nerves.
